Terms and Conditions

The owner, agrees to:

1. Pay the balance of all fees due and any extra cost or expenses or damages incurred to the resort on behalf of the animal, upon collection of the pet. Failing which the provision of the domestic (Federal & Nuisance) Animal Act shall apply.
2. Satisfy him/herself as to the appropriateness of boarding facilities.
3. Board the pet at the resort at the owner’s sole risk and to indemnify the resort from any and all damage.
4. Release and forever discharge the resort from all claims or damages of whatsoever nature in any way arising out of or from or in connection with the boarding of the pet at the resort.

The above terms and conditions are understood and accepted by the owner.
